Learn to listen, and act on the items. If you give them 10 items they will hang there hats if they take of 1 item and let the other 9 linger.

Basis is old and outdated. Hasn't changed in over 7 yrs. Maybe even longer.

Employees he doesn't like have been dismissed in favor of those who brown nose and inexperienced one from his previous company
