What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers are incredible and knowing my future here that I want is attainable and my work to get there is being seen
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting all different levels of employees from all different roles and departments allows for a whole picture of everyone's different journey here at ALKU and what ALKU is all about
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The extremely energy that you can feel from the second you walk in one of our doors. The buzz of hard work, the magic of people closing deals - it's all so motivating
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of our compensation package is the room for growth. In my role, I do have commission involved, so I can control my desk and in turn control some of the money I am earning which is an incredible feature to my role.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that the leadership team is so open to working with employees at entry level. This is so special and so rare at growing companies, but being able to sit and have lunch with an ALKU Vice President is seen as "normal" in a sense and it's truly amazing that ALKU employees have that opportunity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best things about my team is the constant growth, the openness, the care we have for one another inside and outside of work. I know I can be myself fully, I know I am supported on my bad days and my good days and it makes me want to do all I can for my team each day!
