We really do have fun while working hard. We are pushed and challenged but we also celebrate the little things and support eachother.

We are all so similar, we think the same, and so we are able to work really well and effectively as a team. We are also supportive and helpful with one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that the leadership team is so transparent with their employees. I feel much more up to date and in the loop with updates and changes that are made within the company.
