The leadership team is extremely transparent with other employees. Every decision made is well thought out, and it is always for the benefit of the company and its employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have all become very close outside of work because we enjoy each other's company so much! We work so well together in and out of work, and we are all like-minded people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is excited to be at work, and you can feel the energy as soon as you walk into the office. The pandemic did not slow us down, and we were able to take that energy virtual!
