Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The amount of time and effort we put into the buisness and treat as our own the salary could be higher. Although the bonuses are good, theyre based on production and were in industry that fluctuates with the economy so they are not guaranteed income.

Pay structure decreased in percentage and the workload increased. How does that even keep up with the rate of inflation? Also national average diesel cost for a consumer is $4 per gallon. We've been asked to quote fuel from $4.50 to $6 a gallon. There's a markup for fuel, but we dont get paid on it

Compensation is fair but you are expected to work 60+ hours a week as well as be available at any time on your days off. Work life balance does not feel adequate. Even hiring one additonal person for support would offset this and help retain individuals that want to help build the business.

i think we as driver should get paid for the entire time we drive the truck. The clock in and clock out system, i think is flawed because sometimes we dont get paid our full time working on the truck because management sometimes misses our hours simply because of human error
