Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like I am valued as an employee and my voice matters. My supervisor makes sure our needs are met and encourages us to take time for ourselves. I truly love it here
Great people to learn from
I love the optimism, motivational encouragement, and understanding of my leadership team.
They are always ready to answer any questions, and always super helpful.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My team lead was the best, I only have great things to say about her. I could tell she wanted me to succed. I can not say the same of the maneger. My last day was the first time to speak with her on the phone. She has no compassion nor empathy for the feelings of others. This must be fixed!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is fair and reasonable.
The amount of PTO we receive. Its enough to cover illnesses, emergencies and extra curricular activity time. The medical/ dental benefits have great affordable options for the whole family.
Paid hourly, twice a month. Able to do direct deposit. Get money fast in account. Just wish I could go full time is my only complaint.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My fellow team mates were of great support and encouragment to work with positivity. Once again, my team leader strived to help me succeed. The maneger of my team was shockenly the complete oposite towards me, sadly .
My entire team is dedicated to their position. No one has to stand over anyone because we are all dedicated to making the dream a reality.
We really work together and we have team outings. We like to work hard and play hard ;)
Willing to help when asked
The best thing about my team is that I know I can go to them regarding any issue I may have; whether it is a question regarding procedures, my schedule, or any further professional endeavors I choose to pursue within the company as well!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They have too high of expectations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The encouragement and positive feedback we receive. At some places of employment, you are only recognized when you mess up! Here, our achievements are truly recognized!
I admire the available opportunities they are always offering to further your career within the company and the diversity within the organization as well.

What did you like most about the interview process?
My initial experience in the interview process was very positive and the person interviewing was very professional and polite. She even complimented my sweater! It was the best experience and something positive I will take away from my experinece with them.
The first interview is a one-way video interview. They give you the time to take and retake answers if necessary, and ask about your professional goals. It was a very simple process
The fact that I was able to complete from home was truly impressive!
Be able to do it over the phone and not drive all the way to an office.

What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like I'm doing a job that was created just for me.
The fact that I'm working from home and can maximize my time with my family and have no need to commute.
The ability of ease of access and comfort truly means a lot within this position as it has helped me a ton through a rough time within my life as of current. Truly am blessed and grateful to have found a role within this company!
The goofy customers I sometimes talk to, make the day go by.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This company is basically a no name insurance broker. They expect people who sometimes don't want insurance, or they do and I'm expected to switch them from their popular insurance to insurance companies that are less known and have higher premiums.
