I feel like I am valued as an employee and my voice matters. My supervisor makes sure our needs are met and encourages us to take time for ourselves. I truly love it here

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get on the floor for one day as an excercise and rate the quality of the leads. The leads coming from some certain states are garbage.

My team lead was the best, I only have great things to say about her. I could tell she wanted me to succed. I can not say the same of the maneger. My last day was the first time to speak with her on the phone. She has no compassion nor empathy for the feelings of others. This must be fixed!
