Comparably to other Boston agencies and in-house opportunities at client offices, A&G is known for underpaying. Outside life benefits are great, but compensation through salary could be better.
Retention of employees. While it's not always in their hands, I feel like the leadership team could invest in it's younger employees, whether it's salary compensation, or benefits such as payment for conferences or education reimbursement.
