Too many micro aggressions within the company. A lack of diversity and understanding.

What did you like most about the interview process?
quick process and quick decisions
Sharp people with a talents hunter spirit.
I had the chance to meet very senior people in the process and have the opportunity to ask tons of questions, the invest on travel and expenses for face to face meeting at HQ,
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Less interviews or more of a panel set up.
What makes you most happy at work?
Not going into an office
Never bored, always something new to work on
the work relationships and great projects I have the chance to work on, also I have autonomy and trust of my leaders. Working on global projects and things that make a difference in the world for our patients

the management is so weak, they need to get skilss
