Actually, I am really not sure what my compensation package entails, due to not being made aware of what we have. It's almost as if you're verbally told that you have x,y, and z but not given any instructions as to where to find it, or how to make use of it.

As a summer employee, I am happy with the compensation.

I've learned things that should have been introduced to me while being hired from coworkers that have been with the company a while. Any form of a new hire orientation would have been an asset within the comp.
