I have been with the company for 14 years, so i have seen a lot of changes. I had to make a lot of decision throughtout my career because of the company direction. I feel our company gives us the opportunity to grow with them. Don't be afriad of change, embrace it.

The managers dont really care about employees who perform well rather they give opportunity to below avg employees who are social climbers.
