Many things, the relationships you make throughout training, building on your leadership skills classes and biWeekly calls with my core Leadership team.

Appreciate hard working & high performing Employees. BE FAIR. Promote employees who are worthy

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid just about minimum wage with weekend working hours. Also forced to work 1 bank holiday .
provide us with best qualified leaders that know how to motivate the employees

Positivity, safe place and we work together.
Everyone wants you to succeed
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Manager should figure that. We are not getting paid to work on coworkers skillset.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have many ways to reach out to each other, as i am sure other companies do too. As a globally company, if email is not work we can reach out by Teams Chat or pick up the phone.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fair, encouraging,sensitive and more appreciative towards employees
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that you got to meet everyone before you got hired. Plus, it wasn't all about business, they wanted to know who they are hiring.
It was a decent interview, nothing extraordinary

My Team, they are so hard working and talented. It's a honor to work along side them and help them grow.
