We hold onto deadweight for too long. Constantly calling upon those who are high performers to make up there work leads to burn out.

What makes you most happy at work?

I love what I do. Helping to get policies for our customers, money for allianz, agents getting there commissions. I love the job its self

Very real bullying and intimidation of employees. Managers screaming obscenities at employees and a disempowered HR team.
