Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my experience is not taken into light, and I'm just a number to compare to others when dictating compensation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that my leadership is transparent with my current standing. I don't like sugar coating, and my manager has always been 100% honest with me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is diverse, interesting, and just fun to be around. Everyone comes from different backgrounds, with different strong suits, and it makes every day interesting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the nature of the industry there is not a defined roles and responsibilities, and most times more work does not equate to a raise to account for all the last minute changes, and additions to work load.
