overall i am happy with my growth and changes over the last few years. i feel appreciated by my teammates and love working with all kinds of different people in different parts of the world. The benefits package would be my only complaint thus far.

i have always loved working remotely. I have worked from home for 4+ years and I love it.

Diversity. Everyone is unique in the way they think and work. It makes getting ideas easier from a group.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity of people: at home, in the warehouse, around the world. Quiet, funny, sarcastic, bubbly.....love the different people
What is the best part about your compensation package?
there is nothing i like about the benefits package. lack of maternity leave and high cost health insurance does not appeal to me.
