What are some of the best things about your team?
Sociable and hard working, everyone has the same goal in mind. We all get along fairly well and things run smooth (for the most part).
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting things done in the most efficient and effective manner as possible. I have great disdain for slow and ineffecient work - there is always a better way. Seeing it get done right and fast is by far the best aspect of this job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salaries for this place are relatively on the lower spectrum, especially for associates. Vacation time along with higher pay would be ideal, as many other companies offer this and this is why I believe Allios experiences high turnover. A lot of people seemed to be overworked as well.
