Feels like none of the managers are trusted on any high level work, and were seen almost as temps who are interchangable without much thought really put into an individuals strengths or weaknesses.

Always there to answer questions, and listen to feedback! Very easy to reach.

Slow period. Not a ton to do but mundane day to day operations

The atmosphere from a lot of the other employees is widely accepting due to everyones age

I like that my team is willing to learn and they have a drive to see our market succeed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There seems to be a ton of work lumped on people, but pay seems way below average for the positions people are doing, and they seem to hold money behind some obsolete "time" barrier
