Pay on this company is not competitive with market rates. Annual compensation bump does not keep up with cost of living. Specially they are not keeping up with the dollar inflation which it is constantly affecting our daily lives and it is limiting us to just meeting ends and not being able to save.

With the nature of the industry there is not a defined roles and responsibilities, and most times more work does not equate to a raise to account for all the last minute changes, and additions to work load.

Mostly because we let our managers know the constant struggle that we are going throw to meet the deadlines that they are requesting but the inaccuracy of the project that we work on is getting even worse. So we are constantly doing double the work because we have to change the plans constantly.

facility is severely under sized for operation. Management updates are usually "working on it" with no hard dates or real action plans given. Input is generally brushed off. HR department does not allow for non contributing team members to be released.

Processes are not followed on the Nexius side, thus make it difficult for Allios to plan and work efficiently. A lot exceptions are made for Nexius which causes issues and extra work for the Allios team. Holding Nexius accountable much like Ericsson is critical as we continue to move forward.

Company culture between all companies is pointing the finger. It seems as if folks are more worried about blaming rather than holding folks accountable in their own teams to correct the issues and processes.
