Mr. Randall R. Kirk, also known as Randy, has been Senior Vice President of Product Engineering & Product Teams at of Allison Transmission Holdings, Inc. since August 2014 and served as its Vice President of Product Engineering until 2009. Mr. Kirk joined Allison in May 1976. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, he served as Executive Director of the Transition Program Manager Office, leading a cross-functional team with responsibilities for the separation from General Motors and from 2001 to 2007, he served as Director of Customer Support in Marketing Sales and Service at Allison Transmission Holdings, Inc. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Kirk assumed the responsibilities of Product Team Leader for several product lines. Mr. Kirk served in a number of roles with increasing responsibility in the Operations and Quality organizations, including Supervisor, General Supervisor, Production Superintendent, Quality/Reliability Manager, a dual role as Manager of Manufacturing Engineering and Quality and Divisional Program Manager.
