Customer service. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Return policy wording intentionally changed after purchase so customers can't return items.
Finding customer service and managers that have any desire to care for their customer would be a good start. Next step would probably be to fix their quality issues or "inspectors" to make sure product isn't defective before it ever leaves the warehouse. Actually, shutting down would improve all.
