Their willingness to work with everyone.
They are very approachable and willing to offer assistance whenever necessary. The team is very professional. They give praise whenever they can and constructive criticism when needed.
Supportive environment where everyone helps each other when needed.

Upper management is willing to work with me.

Employer must stop committing fraud.

Everything. Just the atmosphere is nice.
We operate like a cohesive group-like a "work family".
Everyone seems to act like a family, and genuinely wants you to succeed in the role.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I appreciated the fact that my resume was thoroughly read before I arrived for the interview.
The interviewer was straight forward and answered all the questions I asked.

What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work with customers and my co workers.
I find it very gratifying to work with a customer who is hesitant about purchasing. Using gentle encouragement and other strategies, the customer purchases and is grateful when they receive their order.
Being able to contribute to the greater mission of the company's well-being.
