Company has a great mission.
No work life balance even though they claim to have unlimited PTO you cannot actually use it. I was given the option to visit a family member dying in the hospital or go to the funeral. They di kot care for employees at all only the bottome line. Management is mean and petty to workers.
They need to get better at taking responsibility.
A great startup that's growing quickly. Those who work hard and achieve results are rewarded with company stock and opportunities for growth.
