What did you like most about the interview process?I virtually had the job even before interviewing with the person who became my boss. His boss was more difficult but I was the right person for this position and he knew it.
What makes you most happy at work?Having excellent products to sell.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I work remotely and do not have any issues.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Everything - they need to pick a good long term strategy and stick to it. They tend to be more reactive than proactive.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Transparency. There needs to be clear cut goals and expectations for employees and an outlook of Company goals. Leadership tends to yell and scold employees without giving proper training and guidance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Long story short I found myself doing the work of three people for the pay of one.
