Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They provide everything I need to do my job well and enable me to do so.
Communicate openly and frequently. Provide clear vision on strategies and corporate objectives.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything - they need to pick a good long term strategy and stick to it. They tend to be more reactive than proactive.
Transparency. There needs to be clear cut goals and expectations for employees and an outlook of Company goals. Leadership tends to yell and scold employees without giving proper training and guidance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They provide regular bonuses for seemingly smallAccomplishments such as hitting monthly goals. I have many other bonuses and incentives
Flexible work schedule / ability to work from home.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Long story short I found myself doing the work of three people for the pay of one.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaborative and diverse skill set
Close knit team but was much better before. Company has driven out (or laid off) some of its best talent

I work remotely and do not have any issues.
Open environment supports collaboration and cross functional cooperation.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I virtually had the job even before interviewing with the person who became my boss. His boss was more difficult but I was the right person for this position and he knew it.
Ability to meet and speak with people from various departments.
It was over a decade ago and the people involved are no longer there.

company is failing miserably, high turnover and layoffs, can't pay the bills.
