Mr. Michael P. Mason has been Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since February 28, 2011 and its Principal Accounting Officer since July 1, 2016. Mr. Mason served as Corporate Controller of Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc., from December 2005 to February 2011 and also served as its Senior Director of Finance from August 2009 to February 2011 and as Director of Finance from June 2006 to July 2009. From May 2000 to November 2005, he served in several finance and commercial roles at Praecis Pharmaceuticals Incorporated and served as its Corporate Controller. Prior to Praecis, he worked in the audit practice at KPMG LLP, a national audit, tax and advisory services firm. Mr. Mason received his Masters of Business Administration from Babson College and his Bachelors of Business Administration from Stetson University. Mr. Mason is a Certified Public Accountant.
