Manger very unprofessinal at the BWI location.charged us for smoking in room after returning from a outdoor wedding with a outdoor fire, and charged us 250 dollars while refusing to speak with us about it
Very good leader for team work and good guidance
Booked directly through the hotel’s website. Arrived at check-in a Pns was told that the hotel was overbooked and my reservation could not be honored despite being guaranteed w/ a credit card. Given that the # of rooms is a finite resource, a call, text, or email would have been appreciate
