What do you like best about the leadership team?
team synergy and motivation to work
Very good leader for team work and good guidance
support and friendly manager i know
They all are very friendly and their guidance are very effective
They include everyone that works there. They treat everyone with respect
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
better communication skills. faster making schedules in advance
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Responsibility allowance and night allowance
I would receive vacation days, sick days, holiday pay as well
It’s very fair and a good rate
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As far as base rate yes but the team finds ways to reward us outside of corporate pay
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is outgoing and friendly
They were really friendly and caring. nothing to complain about
We are truly a family
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
just making sure to help each other not just leaving when finished
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They treat everyone with respect and love
We are mixed and it is very diverse
People love to come to work

everyday having different challenges and different guests
The people that i work with and my manager
Being amongst coworker I love and trust
Doing my job to the best of my ability. When I feel I made a difference in someone's vacation or job stay.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
laundry really needs to be worked on. dont get towels til the end of my day after cleaning 20 something rooms
