What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparent. Results-oriented. Kind and fun.

They need to get off they high horse because they feel like they're high and mighty and they not
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Every employee is a shareholder. Bonus gets paid out each year. Salary is completely fair and benchmarked. Transparency about decisions and rationale for compensation. Feel like an owner.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Remote company. But feels very connected and collaborative while still giving employees the independence to lead their own work stream. Kind people. Winning culture.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Spoke to multiple people and not just the hiring manager. Was a two way street of information. Once i got to the company, i felt like i knew well what i was getting into. Everyone meets with the ceo for an interview too. So i got to ask him questions about company growth and vision
Nothing at all I thought this was going to be a better company for me to work at thought wrong
