- What does the leadership team need to get better at?They are terrible, no sick days, no benefits, because they have every one working strickly part time so they can't get full time benefits, no raises, 30 min lunch (sometimes) no breaks and if you forget to clock in or out it's a strike in your record. They are egotistical and rude
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?What compensation? Listening to a manager run her mouth about how terrible we all are for $8 an hour. Oook
