What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very encouraging and willing to help out when I struggle with learning certain things. They really teach me and help me learn.

the free benefits and matching retirement
The best part is the raises
We have very good 401K
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The only reason I feel undervalued is because the benefits aren't good enough. Even with the insurance offered, I still can't afford my medical care.
I work hard but I no get lots of money. Give more money pls
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is friendly, welcoming and supportive of each other. I love that about them.
They offer croissants and chocolate
we all seem to be like family

We need to focus on the task at hand and not get off subject

The willingness to help others learn and succeed at their jobs.

It's always intimidating to go into a job interview but they made me feel as comfortable as possible.

What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy is when I accomplish all of my tasks and do a good job because it gives me a sense of purpose and pride.

I have a job that pays good. Not many people can say that.

More money more chocolate and a large amount of flakey buttery croissants
