Being with the people around me.
Doing my job well and the appreciation I receive.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The core values of the firm have changed. Longevity was promoted. Treating everyone as a customer was engrained in us. Overall they wanted us to experience job satisfaction but now that has changed with many leaving either through firings or dissatisfaction at the new culture.

It is a great place to work.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
More transparency about what decisions are being made for our team.
