Constantly changing with no clear direction. Management is not clearly outlining objectives. Seems a bit rushed and not thought out. They had to change direction several times.

The core values of the firm have changed. Longevity was promoted. Treating everyone as a customer was engrained in us. Overall they wanted us to experience job satisfaction but now that has changed with many leaving either through firings or dissatisfaction at the new culture.
