Mr. Patrick J. Hayden has been employed at Alston & Bird, LLP in the position of Partner since September 2007. He is a partner in the Global Finance and Debt Products Group. He represents trustees and servicers in connection with collateralized debt obligations, collateralized loan obligations and asset-backed securitizations, including synthetic transactions. He received his J.D. in 1994 from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He received his B.A., with honors, in Latin American Studies from The University of North Carolina, where he was a Morehead Scholar. Mr. Hayden is admitted to practice in North Carolina and New York.
