Here in Belize we are paid a salary and have no benefits. Guess its cheaper to outsources to third world countries

Health insurance premiums are far too high, and the healthcare coverage is terrible. Unless you have a serious accident where you incur thousands of dollars in medical bills, the insurance doesn't cover anything.
