I was forced to resign because I did not want to take a vaccine or do a PCR tes t while working from home. Proper training was not done. Taking calls was soooo stressful because of the lack of information a resources to help the customer

need to stand together when it come to having things being forced on us

Customer service need to be effective and efficient in solving customer issue the timing is ridiculous
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Here in Belize we are paid a salary and have no benefits. Guess its cheaper to outsources to third world countries
