I have nothing but good things to say. This is a world class company. My dad used to work for IBM and I thought companies that treated employees this well were a thing of the past. They are not. Altametrics is a great place to be and I hope that never changes.

Very open to new ideas. Value team members skill and experience. Compensation is very good.

I like working with the other people in my department and other departments. Everyone is so positive and it comes from knowing that we are respected as professionals.

Everyone is treated the same. The culture is not "top down" like some other companies. People listen to your ideas and it's easy to get involved in important projects.
