What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team is retired and is busy managing the restaurants they also own. The technology is old and being taken over my R365, Crunchtime, Intuit and various AI ERP's. The leadership team who is also the owner & CEO is 1/2 retired and only comes to office 3 days a week for a few hours.
Product Roadmap Strategy. Providing modern LICENSED tools/software (Analogy: think elite athlete in the Olympics performing without the proper equipment, without a coach, and with an outdated rule-book for the incorrect sport).

CEO is the cultural creator. He is toxic and rules from fear. Hires extra only to fire many. High turnover

Get someone in HR that doesn't lie about the role and who know how to recruit executives.

The technology is bad and the CEO treats customers and employees really-really bad.
Ive heard that our products are subpar and our service is unethical. Customers deserve better
