Kevin Rubin — Chief Financial Officer at Alteryx

Mr. Kevin Rubin has been Chief Financial Officer at Alteryx, Inc. since April 2016. Mr. Rubin served as the Chief Financial Officer of MSC Software Corporation from July 2011 to April 2016. He led MSC's financial operations, having extensive experience leading both public and private technology companies through fast growth and expansion. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Pictage, Inc. He was responsible for company-wide general and administrative functions, including finance, accounting, regulatory compliance, contracts and legal, investor relations, tax and treasury. He has over fourteen years of finance, accounting and international experience in rapid-growth public and private enterprises. He started his career at Arthur Andersen as a member of its Technology Practice. He served as Chief Financial Officer of DataDirect Networks Inc. since September 24, 2007. Mr. Rubin served several positions at MRV Communications Inc. including Chief Financial Officer from December 5, 2005 to July 6, 2007; Advisor from July 6, 2007 to August 2, 2007; Principal Accounting Officer until July 6, 2007; as Vice President of Finance since April 2002 and Corporate Compliance Officer from April 2002 to July 6, 2007. He joined MRV in April 2002. Mr. Rubin was responsible for financial reporting and corporate governance, including management of SEC filings and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and coordination of legal matters. Prior to joining MRV, he worked in a large public accounting firm providing services to a broad array of high-tech companies ranging from small private companies to publicly traded companies with market capitalizations in excess of $1 billion. Mr. Rubin holds a BA in Business Economics with an emphasis in accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is a Certified Public Accountant in California.
