What do you like best about the leadership team?
Experienced professionals who lead by example
Leadership wants to see you succeed and to better understand your professional goals in order to best support.
Very boots on the ground
Silicon valley leadership without big egos. They are actually very nice and thoughtful leaders.
This is a performance based environment. There is certain level of freedom to review and determine how to you can have the biggest impact.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Forecasting and reacting to organizational needs
Stop nepotism! Stop bringing old management style and killing innovation!
Not a good experance to me
Planning a vision for the future. Better communication. Stop hiring Pitney Bowes employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Half year plans. We get to accelerate twice a year
Equity package when the stock price is good
Stock benefits are my favorite
They are 100% paid for the employee
Everyone at the company gets stock
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Horrible PTO for tech companies. Otherwise it's all good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very friendly and approachable
The teams are smart and dedicated
Everyones happy to help one another.
Different persoectives with lots of knowledge to draw from

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ability to impact good change
A lot of great outside of the box thinkers contributing to the success of the org.
Team feeling is very family atmospheric and we know we're here for eachother
Collaborative, everyone is trying to make others work easier.
Modern, progressive workplace and office culture, focused on creativity and fun.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Managers were very nice and welcoming. They have all sense been let go
Multiple stakeholders were involved in the interview process
Meeting different people from the team to further acquaint to the role.
The presentation was great and interactive
Well coordinated interview processes, recruiters actually get back you within a few hours
