Diversity in the team, 50/50 gender divide, diverse backgrounds

Super creative and intelligent. Diverse backgrounds and skill sets. Very willing to help out, mentor, and offer advice.

They're team players. We are motivated to succeed together with great ideas. There is a nice balance of collaboration and autonomy.
