Mr. Robert Scott Jones has been the Chief Revenue Officer of Alteryx, Inc. since February 2017. Mr. Jones is an in-charge of our sales, business development and customer success functions at Alteryx, Inc. Prior to joining us, he served as the Senior Vice President of Midmarket and Ecosystem Sales for North America at SAP from April 2016 to January 2017. He served as the Senior Vice President of Americas Sales at Tableau, from May 2013 to April 2016. Prior to that, he served in various roles at SAP, from January 2010 to May 2013, including as Chief Operating Officer of Database & Technology Division and Group Vice President of Western United States. He has an extensive experience in building and managing sales teams in the enterprise software and marketing services industries, with a 25-year track record of high-impact success in both startups and small rapid growth, as well as market-leading companies. Mr. Jones served as Senior Vice President of Americas Region at Tableau Software, Inc. and also served as its Vice President of Americas Sales since July 2013. Mr. Jones led the direct and pre-sales teams for the Americas, including Latin America. He spent 11 years in various leadership roles at SAP where he served as the Chief Operations Officer of the global Database and Technology Division and Group Vice President of Large Enterprise Sales in Western U.S. Prior to Business Objects, he worked for E.piphany, Group 1 Software and Dun and Bradstreet. Mr. Jones holds B.S. in Marketing from California State University Chico and M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.
