Altria/USSTC was a great job with exceptional pay and benefits. The management is so focused on getting production done that they never seek alternative was to improve production.

The hourly wages are excellent.

Being more involved in the process and developing more ways to increase production from seed to finish.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The quality and cleanliness has fallen to the wayside for production. Not hiring within the company for promotions. A better way to improve things inside a facility is to use long time workers from the facility
