Long process, with many steps. If you are asked to do a day in the field, you are pretty close.

The main interview took over an hour. The day in the field was one entire day.
How would you compare interviewing at Altria to other places you've interviewed?
Pretty intense and many more hurdles, compared to other companies.
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from Altria?
Several phone interviews, then a face to face interview with the manager and one other associate. After that one day working in the field with a manager. If you are hired you will receive an offer, then background and drug test. The whole process takes up to 30 days.
