What would you improve about your company's interview process?
focus more on skills and ability to do the job and the interviewee's willingness to research. Still find interview process more political than objective.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The quality and cleanliness has fallen to the wayside for production. Not hiring within the company for promotions. A better way to improve things inside a facility is to use long time workers from the facility
