This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered in my life. I contacted Ambint Energy Last Friday to Request a Move Out Order , it was never submited per oncor. i have spoken with6 Customer Service Reps and Managers and no one could help me or would resolve Ambits failure
Wonderful i am very happy
My account is under 3 month deferred payment plan I received assistance from the community program but I'll be charged a disconnect fee because Ambit chooses to create one even though they receive grant money for the community program. pledged to my account verbally and I'll be charged addtnl fees.
I was hired in at an entry level position and was able to move up fairly quickly by producing quality work. I am now a manager and I work to help my team succeed.
