A great start at a company that I have out grown.

They do nit have people skills and will not talk to you if you have a problem.
I am a disabled veteran. I am on a fixed income. I am a loyal TXU Customer. They DO NOT want to work with customers to make payments on their electric bills.
Appreciate that we have a customer-centric culture committed to our customers and our communities. Been with the company for 14 years.

I was in maintenance and it was done by seniority with the owners now it might go by work ethics.

I retired awhile back before the people who own it now, my understanding is that u still can move up in ops

I have had a bad interaction with TXU we were gone for a full week from 1/11/25 to 1/18/25. That whole week was the highest week of this mouth for us on our bill. I want to know how and why our bill is 2X the last bill.
