Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes, To be paid. Its the holidays and they have not paid me and niw i dont inly have to worry about bills i have to worry about my living situation because of the time invessted ti become apart of this company. Im behind on everything. And my lights are about to be turned off because of this company
To get recognized for the work I do and not be grouped with people who seem to not accomplish anything.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how my team jumps in and helps each other.

Work together! They are selfish in ways that will put you behind in life

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The lower-level people at TruEnergy are simply the hardest working and fun people I have ever been around.
Our manger tries her best to do fun activities to make coming to work worth the while..
Learning that every company does bot respect human responsabilities and look down one you because of your level of enoloyment.
Very positive and open to employee feedback for continuous improvement and ensuring the best work environment.

I appreciate how the hiring director organized the process, who they included in the interview and the potential to see a day in the life of the role
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Break the interview in to smaller groups to improve people skills
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to train and help people grow in their understanding of the energy market. I also get to assist large C&I clients with their energy needs.
