Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Everyone needs to be making a few dollars more per hour to even come close to meeting the rising costs of everything. They give us dime raises twenty cents and this year was forty cents. The true incentive to work hard gets lost with the horrific pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?What they charge customers is outrageous compared to what the little people in the field get. They expect a lot...more each day only to line their own pocket. Expect you to wear every hat in the company even tho main focus should be plants and customers. Always want you to sell sell sell.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Understand the true nature of the plant business. They don't its all about money numbers and metrics. Always finding new ways to track you and make you feel like a prisoner and not inspired or motivated. It's a lazy way of managing. Not a place for plant and people lover, as falsely advertised.
