Anne Kelly is Executive Vice President, Corporate, Securities and Compliance and Corporate Secretary of AMC Networks Inc. (NASDAQ- AMCX), which is an owner and operator of various U.S. and global cable networks, including the popular and award-winning national cable television networks AMC, IFC, SundanceTV, WE tv, and BBC AMERICA (operated through a joint venture with BBC Studios) and IFC Films. She is responsible for all of the Company’s corporate governance, securities, compliance, finance and general corporate legal matters, and oversees the Company’s departments relating to these matters.
Prior to AMC Networks, Ms. Kelly was Managing Director, Corporate Secretary and Assistant General Counsel at Ambac Financial Group (formerly NYSE-ABK) where she was responsible for all corporate governance, securities, finance, compliance and general corporate legal matters. Prior to joining Ambac Financial Group, Ms. Kelly was an Associate at Hughes, Hubbard & Reed in the firm’s Securities and Merger & Acquisition Departments.
Ms. Kelly is member Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals. Ms. Kelly received her B.A. from Cornell University, and earned her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New York.
