I wish management would; communicate with their workers, not allow people to come to work drunk and high, make sure their workers are trained and check to make sure they're getting their jobs done. I aslo so wish we had sick leave and holidays off.

Our shift works well together and we make sure we get our stuff done
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our shift does a great job getting our work done and on time. We do not need a manager there to tell us what to do. We are self-sufficient. We are also good at cleaning up after ourselves.
